According to Trader Vic’s, “Mai Tai” means “out of this world” in Tahitian, which is a very appropriate name for this cocktail. It is so good! Trader Vic’s Mai Tai is not overly sweet, and it immediately transports you to the beach.

The Cha Siu pork is a great wood-fired appetizer: Perfectly shareable, and it comes with a trio of delicious dipping sauces. And for your main entrée, the Indonesian rack of lamb and the smoked bacon-wrapped scallops are highly recommended.
