Atmasphere: Why you should visit Atlanta's high-tech yoga studio

10,000 square feet of studio space. A dedicated meditation room with sound-off headphones. Personal heart rate monitors. Color-transitioning LED lighting. Valet parking.

These are just a few of the impressive amenities at Atmasphere, a new yoga studio in Buckhead. Actually, a fitness studio might be more appropriate: There’s also a spin room, a detox bar and a retail space. Sure, Atmasphere offers lots of yoga classes (Vinyasa, hot, fusion, etc.), but you can also take a cycling class or get a massage there.

Plus, it’s gorgeous! Just look at these pics!

I took a guided meditation class at Atmasphere, which is particularly helpful when you need to get out of your own head. I started with a 30-minute session, which is perfect if you’re new to meditation (like I am). Plus, the sound-off headphones tune out all other noises except your instructor’s voice, so you can really focus on the present.

The variety of classes is truly extraordinary: You can take one that combines meditation and basic yoga poses, or one that fuses yoga with cycling and strength training. Whether you’ve just learned what downward dog is or you’ve mastered planting your heels on the ground, Atmasphere is sure to have a class for your level of fitness.

Right now, you can try three classes for FREE! Sign up here through the end of June and check out one of 100 classes for yourself.

Personally, I can’t wait to go back!
